Terms of sale

2. Scope

These terms apply to any order placed on mercimademoiselle.com by a consumer. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

Jewelry handmade in our atelier. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, shape or stone may exist compared with the photos: they make each piece unique and are not a defect. Natural stones are described for information only and are no substitute for medical advice.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of ordering.

5. Orders

The order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizes the order. For personalized jewelry (for example Murmure), the customer checks her choices (colors, stone, message) before confirming: the piece is made exactly as ordered.

6. Payment

Secure online payment using the methods offered at checkout. We never have access to your bank details.

7. Delivery

France: free standard delivery, express delivery €10.99. European Union: €8, free from €80. Rest of the world: €15, free from €80. No shipping to the United States. Making and transit times are shown on the website; we will email you in case of significant delay. Any customs duties outside the European Union are paid by the recipient.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason, by writing to corentine@mercimademoiselle.com. The jewelry must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, within 14 days; return costs are at your expense. Refund within 14 days, standard shipping included, using the same payment method (it may be delayed until the jewelry is received).

Exception: jewelry made to the customer's specifications (personalized) is excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code).

9. Guarantees

Our jewelry is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, first write to us at corentine@mercimademoiselle.com. If your written complaint has not led to a satisfactory solution, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator within one year of that complaint: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France – www.cm2c.net (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code).
