Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving any reason.

To do so, email corentine@mercimademoiselle.com with your order number and the piece(s) concerned. Then send the jewelry back no later than 14 days after informing us, unworn and in its original packaging (pouch included), to: Merci Mademoiselle, 5 boulevard Gambetta, Villa S, 30400 Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, France.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method as your order. The refund may be delayed until we receive the returned jewelry.

Personalized jewelry

Pieces made to your specifications (for example Murmure: bead color, stone and coded message) cannot be returned, in accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code.

Defective or non-conforming jewelry

All our jewelry is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If there is a problem, email us with a photo and we will find a solution (repair, exchange or refund).
